No, your case is not damaged. All our acrylic panels are shipped with a protective film on both sides to prevent scratches during transit. Simply peel this film off to reveal the crystal-clear finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized products may be subject to different terms.
How do I clean my acrylic display case?
To maintain clarity and avoid scratches, we recommend using a soft microfiber cloth and a dedicated anti-static acrylic cleaner. Avoid using glass cleaners or ammonia-based products.
